Outkin helps people meet people worth knowing, in real life. We are looking for one person to take ownership of Thailand and build the market like an owner.
The Thailand market, end to end, from Bangkok. Real ownership of events, partnerships, members and revenue: paid membership, event, sponsorship and commercial-partnership revenue.
No fixed salary initially. Performance-based revenue share, on a shoestring operating budget. There is no guaranteed living-cost floor, no guaranteed relocation allowance and no large paid-marketing budget. Specific activation expenses may be considered only if approved in advance. Exact percentages, attribution rules and any equity option are set out in written terms before live commercial work begins.
This structure is for someone who wants upside from building the market. It is not suitable for someone who needs a conventional salary from day one. We care more about what you built than what your title was.
Gate 0, Founder Challenge. A 90-minute written challenge with no live prospecting. We assess initiative, commercial judgment and what you would do first.
Gate 1, 14-day Sprint. Selected candidates run a live sprint under written pilot terms.
Gate 2, 90-day Country Lead. You own events, member acquisition, partnerships and reporting.
Gate 3, Country Manager. The title is earned through results. Any equity option needs separate written approval.
